NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming ) can be defined in many different ways. It is like having an instruction manual for the brain. It shows you how to get what you really want by eliminating unwanted and unhelpful habits and thought patterns and teaching you how to create your future the way you want.
NLP began in the early 1970’s as the brainchild of Dr Richard Bandler, a masters level student of information sciences and mathematics, and Dr John Grinder, a professor of linguistics. It is the study of learning how to think more effectively to improve communication with yourself and others. In other words, it is learning about what makes you and others tick and how to use that knowledge effectively, to consistently achieve your specific, desired outcomes.
NLP is a trail of processes and procedures that help people make the changes they wish to make quickly and easily.
